Military Discount Program
According to Home Depot customer service, the total maximum discount is $400 per calendar year on eligible purchases up to $4000. The discount resets every January 1st. A military couple, with a civilian spouse and an active duty military member, could save $800 per year, because each person gets their own discount.

Starting in 2022, Home Depot announced that all US military veterans are now eligible for the discount. This is a recent change to the military discount policy.
