I'm going to add it to the 29 credit cards I have. If you close other Amex card accounts that charge annual fees, you can bank your Amex points automatically on this no annual fee card.

You could earn hundreds of thousands of Amex points with cards like the The Platinum Card® from American Express or American Express® Gold Card.

If you ever needed to close those accounts, like after you leave the military, you could keep your Amex points account active by keeping the Amex Blue Business Plus card open.

Do you need a business to be approved?

Amex business cards are usually easy to get approved for. If you make any side income from selling things online, driving or Uber, or any other activity outside of your W-2 income, you are probably a sole proprietor and qualify for most business credit cards.

You don't need an LLC to quality for business credit cards. A business doesn't need to be profitable or even have it's first customer yet to open a credit card.
