Ink Business Preferred Welcome Bonus

Because banks want to get small businesses to use their credit cards, the Ink Business Preferred® Credit Card offers one of the largest welcome bonuses of any card.

But many small businesses have recurring expenses that can be charged annually for a discount. If you have services that you pay for monthly, ask if you can pay in advance for a year for a discount. That can help save you money and earn you a welcome bonus more easily.

If you have estimated taxes to be paid quarterly, opening a business credit card to pay those taxes is an easy way to finish a minimum spend.

Ink Business Preferred Benefits

No Foreign Transaction Fees

The no foreign transaction fees on the Ink Business Preferred® Credit Card is one of the main reasons I keep this card in my wallet for overseas business expenses like travel and restaurants. American Express is not as widely accepted outside the United States, so I always make sure I have a Visa branded card in my wallet when I travel.

$1000 Cell Phone Protection

The Ink Business Preferred® Credit Card offers up to $1,000 per claim in cell phone coverage against covered theft or damage for you and your employees listed on your monthly cell phone bill when you pay it with your Chase Ink Business Preferred. There is a maximum of three claims in a 12 month period with a $100 deductible per claim.

This is a great insurance program, especially if you are more prone to breaking your phone. Plus, you will earn 3x points on up to $150,000 of cell phone and mobile phone services charged to your Ink Business Preferred card.

Rental Car Coverage

Having a credit card with primary rental car coverage is an easy way to save money if you need to rent cars for business travel or work.
